I'm going to make a bold statement and suggest that Bird Box is better than A Quiet Place. There was something extra eerie about never being able to see what was killing everyone. And having to go everywhere blindfolded frightens me more than having to be quiet. It's like going into the dark waters of the ocean knowing Jaws is out there – terrifying.
